CANADA POST DELAY INFORMATION: 

Canada post is heavily delayed please be patient while they get through the holiday season. They have disclaimers on their site to let you know they are delayed, we cannot control shipping delays.

keep checking your tracking information and if there is an issue on your tracking code example: damage or loss then please contact us. 

At this time we will try and ship via UPS to hopefully avoid these delays
however there are times we must ship via Canada post expedited within Canada

When will my order be shipped?

Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding Canadian holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive shipping confirmation and tracking number  Tracking can take 24h to show up.

This is to ensure your orders are safely and correctly packed.

Large orders and orders received during Holidays or sale promotions may take longer to process. 

DISCLAMER: We ship via UPS and Canada Post / USPS which means we are unable to take responsibility for or control your package once it has left. Please note we are not responsible for any shipping issues such as delivery delays.
Please understand we are not able to provide any more information than provided by your tracking information, nor are we able to control, manage or change how packages are handled by the carrier after pickup from our facility, during transit, as well as delivery. 
Please contact the carrier if you have concerns about your shipments.

How long does it take to receive my order?

it will highly depend on where you are located here is an estimate 
NOTE these estimates are not guaranteed
Canada post expedited 1-8 Business days 
and UPS standard ground 5+ business days
However: please anticipate longer delays due to covid-19 and the holiday season
Shopping times are estimated only, this does not include handling time. 

 

There is a problem with my order who do I contact?

 Please email nailthrone@hotmail.com with any and all order related questions and provide full name and order # and a brief message with a photo of the issue

Please don't rely on social media for order enquiries as that isn't checked as often as our email and can be missed or forgotten about. 

My order is marked as delivered but I don't have it.

In this case, your first step is to contact the post office/shipping company as they sometimes mistakenly scan packages as delivered before they actually arrive to your mail box. Double check you put in the correct address in when ordering then check with someone in your house hold or a neighbour. 
We are not responsible for your order once it's been marked as delivered. All of our shipments include Tracking Number. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping company in order to investigate this issue. We will not be responsible for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.  

Returns, Replacements and Refund Policy:

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to health and safety concerns.

We are happy to fix and rectify our errors so should you receive a package that was missing something, or spilled or broken items upon arrival it will be replaced. Please kindly provide a brief message along with a photo of broken or spilled items via email to receive replacement or refund and please provide your order # to speed up the process. 

Nail Throne reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a refund at anytime without notice for verbal abuse, bullying and harassment, or scam.

Address errors:

We ship to the address you provide. We do not manually apply your address it's all done automatically therefor making sure you are providing the correct address! We are not responsible for lost packages due to address errors!

If you provided the wrong address please notify us before your package has been shipped out email nailthrone@hotmail.com and put in the subject ADDRESS ERROR

Promotions and Discounts:

All promotional or discount codes must be entered at time of purchase. Nail Throne will not no longer honour a discount for any reason after the original purchase has been completed. It is the customer's sole responsibility to enter their promotional codes at time of checkout. If your discount code you enter doesn't work, it could be invalid. In that case, please email us with that discount code to double check if it was entered wrong BEFORE paying for your items as we will no longer be offering to refund missed discounts. 

How long until you get „xyz“ back in stock?

We do not answer these emails as we have so many different products to get in we cannot offer you any stock related time frames.

Luminary Nail Systems FAQ:

Q: Can Multi-Flex Gel be used for gel manicures or hard gel overlays?
A: Yes, you can apply our gel as thin or as thick as you’d like. It will add strength to any manicure.
Q: Do I have to use primer?
A: No, however if you are doing a soak-off gel manicure we at least recommend you use our primer “Commit” to the tips and free edge of the nail. However, every single client is different, they may need a primer where others won't. If you are using it for an “Enhancement” and would like to “fill” your clients then the answer is yes, 2 coats of “Commit” before application of the gel.
Q: Do I need a base coat?
A: Nope! Our gel is a base and color in one! Other than clarity which is clear
Q: Can I apply gel color on top?
A: Absolutely! Most brands of gel color will work with our system. After curing our Multi-Flex gel you can apply directly on the sticky layer and cure. If you are doing an overlay and would like to finish file your nails, you can add a layer of “Commit” over the filed dry nail before applying color.
Q. What lamps are best with Luminary?
A. from the luminary official site: 
We highly, HIGHLY recommend that you use the Light Elegance Dot lamp. This is the only curing lamp we have tested Luminary with, and the only one that we can recommend you use with confidence. As a nail professional, it is of utmost importance that you use professional products, though they may not be as cheap as what you can find on Amazon. However, if you do not use a professional lamp, this can create many issues including but not limited to allergies caused by improper curing. It is essential not only safety but for your image as a professional that you use a branded, professional quality lamp that has scientifically tested lamp bulbs.
Q: How do I deal with the “Heat Spike”?
A: As with most gel systems your client may experience a bit of a heat spike depending on how thick you layer your gel. Try using an LED light with a dimming feature (1/2 power). That will help tremendously or if you don’t have one, try having your client go in and pull out of the light after  5-10 seconds. Once should be enough but depending on your clients sensitivity level, you may want to repeat the process.
Q: How do I apply your gel?

Recommended application:

1. Prep the natural nail like any enhancement application, remove cuticle, remove the shine and cleans away the dust. 

2. Use our primer “Commit” if you plan on filing down and filling. If you plan on soaking off you can apply “Commit” to the free edge or not at all, your choice. This gel has great adhesion on its own, but each client is individual, so experimentation may have to take place if you do not intend on using primer.

3. Apply a thin layer of Multi-Flex and cure for 30 sec LED 

4. Grab a larger amount and work from cuticle to free edge, floating the gel or do a few thin layers. What's amazing about this gel is there are no rules. Apply as thick or as thin as you'd like.

5. OPTIONAL: Turn your clients hand upside down, let the gel form a perfect arch (moving with a small detail brush if neccessary)

6. Turn your clients hand back over, let the gel settle back down, check your line of light and have them immediatly go into the lamp, 30seconds for a thin layer and 60 seconds for a thicker layer. Work 1 finger at a time.

7. Apply colored gel polish if desired and cure

8. Apply “Empower” top coat, cure 60 sec LED

9. You're finished!

*Side Note* If you feel the need to finish file after your base application you may do so, but before applying gel color or top coat apply a layer of “Commit” first to ensure proper adhesion of the gel polish.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: yes occasionally we will as we always have a color of the month. Sign up for our email subscription to be notified of new products and discounts.
 
Q: Should I up-charge when I use your product?
A: That’s definitely a personal choice, but we believe the answer is absolutely! You will notice a dramatic difference with our product vs. other gel brands. Multi-Flex gel has numerous benefits that you can sell to your clients:
1. As strong as hard gel so your client can grow their natural nails without any breaks!
2. Lasts twice as long as traditional gel manicure systems.
3.  Since it’s a base and color in one they will have no chipping of gel polish.
     They will love you for using this product on them! Let them try it once for no additional cost and you’ll see them come running back to pay any price you want!
 
Q: Are your products Vegan/Cruelty free?
A: Absolutely!
 
Q: What are the ingredients in Multi-Flex Gel?
A: Ethyl Acetate, Isobornyl Methacrylate, Trimethylolpropane Triacrylate, Bis(2-Methacryloxyethyl)Phosphate, 1-Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone, Acrylate Copolymers, Mix pigments

Q: Polish Bottles vs. Refill Bottles
A: We are asked all the time if the product in the refill is different than the product in the polish bottle. The answer is no! The exact same product is in both, the refill just gives you a ton of gel to put in your empty jar so it's easier to grab a large dollop of gel to build the nail up if you choose. 
 
       
Glitterbels FAQ:
 
Q: Do I need to cap Glitterbels in clear?
A: We recommend capping colored acrylic in clear to create your apex. 

Q: Do I need a clear base/ foundation?
A: No, its personal preference but we find it's much easier for you when the client comes back for a fill to have the clear base to file back down to. 
  
Q: ,,xyz color marbles how do I use it? 
A: This can happen to some solid colors there is about 4 that it may happen with but it’s easily fixed! Just use it quite wet and gently pat every bead until it’s a solid color and than swipe it down the nail and you should be good to go! 
 
Q: What’s the best way to use the base glue when adding Swarovski crystals? 
A: Place a bit of base where you want your crystal than simply place your crystal where you want it. It’s best to work fast and crystal by crystal. We also recommend on putting your crystals on the finished filed nail and than topcoat around them make sure to not get any topcoat on your Swarovski crystals or they’ll lose their shine.
 
Q: What's the best way to work with Glitterbels acrylic system?
A: Glitterbels is a medium to wet system 
 
Q: Can Glitterbels colors be used as a dip system?
A: Yes they can and Glitterbels may be coming out with all the steps you'll need for that in the future. In the meantime, you may use the steps from whatever system you're using already with Glitterbels colored powders
 
Q: Do you offer any discounts on Glitterbels?

-Q: My monomer is only filled to the label? but it didn't spill in transit ??

A: Monomer is filled to the label to prevent spills and leaks in transit, this is confirmed to be the correct amount by the owner of Glitterbels brand.
